TLDR: First tasks are asigned. We want to build a test leg

The members have been split in their respective teams. We will first focus on building a test leg and a test setup. The main goals for each teams are as follows:

Team Mecha - Design first leg - Design Test setup for the leg

Team Elect - Create simple Test PCB

Team Software - Figure out what we need to flash the motors - Create simple test code for motors
